I am waiting for the bonus or a package, then I am out also. I cannot handle this anymore. I am doing interviews right now. I can't believe you people are still hanging on. I know the job market is not great but you should apply apply apply to any positions you see.

If most people aren't doing meaning full work then how is th he company still a going concern? So should most people be laid off?
The CEO was pretty clear about reduction targets being mostly in Calgary and applied unevenly across the company and mainly to groups where 2018 work was limited or money wasn’t being spent.
Most people are not doing any meaningful work.
Its not a matter of hanging on, people need to be realistic about whether the work they are doing will be there in next 6months. Most people already know if they will let ago based on the work they are doing.
So you don't actually have a replacement job yet...
