Maybe I'm reading too much into it. Maybe I'm looking for tell tale behaviors that aren't there. But my coach had been weird today. Anyone else noticed this? Wonder if that means coaches are being notified today? Or being given more information?

What is LH?
If passwords have to be changed by the END of this week it indicates the layoff won't be this week, they will be next week.
To clarify VM passwords are to be changed... by the end of the week.

All PHC’s have been asked to change their VM to something generic so they can all be checked after we are no longer on the phones and before our Extentions are deactivated.
Again, conflicting reports as of when. I checked my email, nothing there, but that doesn’t mean I’m not in the RIF, depending what day it is. Did anyone get the email after 5 today? If not, then it’s not tomorrow.
Someone asked what happens when members try to call after you’ve been impacted... i was impacted and wondered the same. So i called our 800 number and my extension the day after i was released. Sadly they shut my extension off that quickly and directed members to contact hah main line to speak to an operator. That’s one thing i miss.. members and hope they are all doing okay through this as well.

They communicated that it would be the first FULL week in February at the town hall and also management, coaches and COM's have confirmed that. It's not a mystery of when it's going to be. By the end of next week I'd say we will all know.

Well the good news is there are plenty of telecommute case management jobs out there for RNs. You have nothing to worry about. As a matter of fact I recommend getting out to someplace that will appreciate you. Unfortunately not the same story for people like me with a BA or generally unlicensed individuals :( Based on 6mos+ of job seeking.
The meeting is Friday. Was just invite not confidential but strange to me. It was sent to several of my team mates....not the whole team.
So if you can’t tell people LH is closing, what happens when members try to call you after release date?
Many of them do not grasp “monitored” versus “managed,” so with no idea the program is closing, will they be left to think their CM ditched them or won’t return calls? That’s sad.
Confidential emails are sent out between 4;45pm EST and 5:00pm EST on a Tuesday with meeting time to be on WED. You should be able to take 1/2 day off if you are impacted and will not have to use PTO. Good Luck to all!
The rosters are low. We having been closing and moving people since the announcement. However were are not allowed to tell people LH is closing.
So PHC rosters are already low and members are aware LH is ending?
Phc here thankful for another week. But I don’t have enough people to call after this week.
HCCP RN- I was told by my coach today that we will know next week by 2/9 if we're impacted. I shouldn't look for the confidential email this week. That came from the COM.
In November, someone on my team received a notice mid day.
@uut...when is the meeting and did anyone else on your team get one? Maybe it is just for a regular team meeting? The layoff emails go out after 5
HCMSS and no email here. I don't think emails will go out until the end of the day of the mysterious unknown date. Good luck to everyone!

My coach has put herself on busy status pretty much all day every day since the town hall. She's either in meetings or making herself unavailable on Skype all day long. I don't know if that's because she's busy or just doesnt want to answer questions from us.

When you get a meeting invite with HCM RNs, Management, and process manager. Is this cause for concern?

What is VMPW and what was the date it was to be changed by? PHCs, have you already notified your members and if not, what is the due date for that?
My coach has been very obviously nervous since the meeting. We are one of the worst performing teams in the company and I think she knows she's out. But that's what playing favorites gets you. When you protect your friends in spite of them doing badly at their jobs, it reflects the same back to you. I feel so bad for so many people on here facing this layoff, except her.
PHC here. our whole team was told to change our VM PWs to the same thing by this week.
The town hall was on January 18th. She said that over the next THREE weeks we will be meeting with HR to go over paperwork, etc. Then she commented, we will meet with the impacted individuals the first week of February. Decipher how you may
At Town Hall, did they say the RIF would occur ON the first full week of February or BY the first full week of Feb?
Upper management may be giving coaches different time frames to mess with them and see who talks. We know they are paranoid about information being leaked
