Just curious if HCM-RN's could post how many RN's you've had quit from your team since the Town Hall announcing the upcoming RIF?

5 on my team. But I think 1 may have been fired...
None on my team now or previous team have quit. But 2 were laid off last time.

You can work full time if u except severance... All severence does is help buy time till u get a job, ur better off finding something before job market is flooded

none so far. I think everyone is holding on for severance which is the opposite of what they were hoping.. leaders were wishing people would freak out and leave and not have to pay them out!!!
