Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Do not work for Greer OEM Poor Leadership

So after an operations manager left, came back, and left again with the plant manager to go to another company to destroy, Greer OEM brings back another operations manager that took a job at another Honeywell facility. This ops mgr. is the most stupid one I have worked for. This manager only wants yes people working for him and people that cannot think for themselves, wait that's what Honeywell wants now brain washed minions working for them. So nothing has changed. For those of us left we must play the game or we will find ourselves in the "ELBOW" and on a "PIP". Young people need to stay away from Honeywell. One day a coworker told me his young son told him he wanted to work for Honeywell when he got older, Dad told his son - No you need to work for a better company.

I've had multiple people reach out to me over the past few years about working at Honeywell. I ALWAYS tell them to run fast the other way. I wonder how many great prospective employees Honeywell has lost this way? I can't be the only honest one out there.
