Does any team within any of Honeywell's GBE use punch card like system to track hours of work for project(s) they are working on? I'm asking about white-collar workers and not blue-collar.

Do you really mean to be asking about literal punch cards and time clocks, or just manual time cards or time tracking by white collar work by any means? All of Aero Engineering in US and Canada, and perhaps elsewhere, must record time to the nearest tenth of an hour in eCharge system.
At Phx Deer Valley, we record time online using eCharge. Does HON really still have punch card timesheets? Wow!
