Before the layoffs, there was more One Molina with some gaps in some departments. However, since the layoffs, it feels less like One Molina for those who are still at Molina. Our departments do not always work together for the members because of the fear of future layoffs. It’s really sad and disappointing.

Get real. In any company, Not for profit or for profit, you have to make a profit to survive, expand, or invest in jobs and infrastructure. If a State or line of business isn’t pulling their weight, they might need to be cut loose if the can’t improve operations versus dragging the entire company down. One Molina is old culture jargon thought up by the same marketing clod let go a couple weeks ago — the same “expert” who coined the insulting term project nickel. Trolls

He led the decision to get rid of their jobs. If, you are not making money you are on his list of "balancing " out the company. OR going bye bye.

You caannot blame them. In every interview the new CEO gives... all he talks about his CA, TX, UTAH. If you are not one of those states you live in fear of layoffs and read how he lead in getting rid of Pathways. Ask those folks how they are feeling?
