Any thoughts on what VCIP will be when announced in FEB. Salary increases after that ?

Salary Adjustments and VCIP were already communicated. Looks really good this year - a nice change versus the last few years!
Probably 280% for Canada since they got rid of the dead weight WCBU folks. 150% corporate because everyone deserves a pat on the back. It's a pity that VCIP % is so low for the people who actually work and so high for the no value add managers/directors
