How many are quitting at the end of the month after our raise check is in the bank? I have heard of several. I have a feeling it will be a mass exodus at the end of the month or beginning of February.

Got a job offer and I will leave end of the month.
I’m actively looking and will leave once an offer comes, or once laid off, whichever comes first.
I can’t just wait and see though - I have never been without a job before, not since college days and even then I worked p/t, and I want to have something.
I feel the same way about waiting for the severence package. Me quitting is too generous for Humana. I will wait this out and pray I'm on the lay off list. If it's not this round, I'm sure it will be the next.
