We still are not hearing that directors and VPs are being let go. Today 65 finance advisors and 7 finance managers were informed that today was their last day. 1 manager and 4 employees of the student accounting department were also let go. Enrollment numbers are declining and the marketing, IT, and financial aid departments are definitively failing to do their jobs. The decline started when the Credit Suisse guys came on board and continued with the onboarding of the app Vocado and that wreck of a CIO who had no idea. It is time for the 'GOLDEN' parachute employees to leave without their parachute. They have caused the downfall of what was once a great university.

No attempts to stop People from leaving. At some point they have provide some illusion they care.
More and more of our more experienced IT personnel are walking out the door . The directors and VPs do not seem to understand the importance of many of the departments receiving reports their staff is supposed to be creating and delivering . Since Mr Dusty and Ms Bran have taken over these duties they make promises and then rescind on them. No reports mean no account action, means GL is incorrect along with monthly reporting.
Once another review is done by HCL, DOE, or DOD this university will be done. Current leadership doesn't seem to take the time to read any of the contracts signed by them, yes, you signed them!! And yes you have to abide by them . They also don't seem to understand what the university's technology can and cannot do IE the new pricing fiasco. Yet when we are on these mind numbing calls we are expected to say positive things - why?? So we can be blamed when leadership ideas fail?? ' but you said it would work and you could handle it' BS, leaders! Super BS. Cohen, why are these egomaniac jerk directors and VPs still on the payroll? They are the root cause of UOP's decline.

Bronson, Sandif, Kuck, Saager all still at UOP and all part of the failing elements of a sinking ship. Not a clue amongst any of them on how to manage. They are part of the crap from above forcing bad systems and driving the school into ground. All should be fired along with. Ragu ASAP

Grim Reaper is near. I am just waiting for the day I come to work and see the doors closed and locked. Start packing personal stuff now, you don’t want things locked in the office for weeks until the DOE lets us back in.
