I'm seeing them RIF a LOT of people this week and last week. I'm being told there's a lot of this going on in order to do it before they pay out MIPs and get a save. I've also been told there's an absolute bloodbath going on since early last week that will go through to the 9th to achieve this. They have even stopped travel for mgmt so they can administer these RIFs.
Anyone have info they care to share?

Just saw an announcement from MP for an all hands meeting scheduled for this coming Tuesday at 10:30 PM. Have no idea what it’s about. But that’s the norm at Honeywell these days. Drumroll please.

HW wants to shut down the American base. Everyone has to see what they’re doing. They’re putting all their eggs into India and as an American it’s a slap I the face. This company has turned on the US and it’s so disheartening. I HATE the current CEO. We need to find a way to get his butt dumped. We need to get #potus involved as well as the news. Corp IT is working their PFEP plan for every person. Reduction targets vary per team. I don't know exactly when the will start but based on past experiences it should start to occur late March or mid April. A few IT people were let go in December but this PFEP Is a new 2018 effort
I suspect quite a few people are waiting to turn in their notice once that MIP payment hits the bank account.
FWIW - I always hear more false information from co-workers/associates than HR and Management.
