fiscal year

when is DXC fiscal year end?

when will we know our rating?

after this fiscal year, do we expect bonus or salary increase? or just WFR:)

It can’t be that bad or everyone would have quit. Is the remaining staff unemployable or lazy?

Bonus or salary increase. WTF are you drinking/smoking. We'll get a big fat 0% and our jobs will be sent to low cost countries.

As soon as Puerto Rico gets back on it's feet , all the ITAR work will be sent there and more mainland US will get the WFR boot with a max of ONLY 8 weeks pay.

How could you not know the Fiscal year of the company you work for (I assume) and why not have a search or ask someone within the company for such basic questions rather than ask in a site dedicated to employees slagging off their employers and bitter ex employees having a snipe. And no, before you say it I'm not a manager or HR. I don't have time for the leadership either but the mind boggles with some of the posts on here...Mikey this & that. I couldn't care less about CEOs etc.. They are pretty much the same in most Orgs.

March and April are dangerous months for employees, due to workforce savings for the annual report. For the next 2 fiscal years the WFR's will only accelerate as DXC goes completely digital.

I am aware that global has to make its own numbers; regional has to make theirs and individual has to perform at least 1 miracle that is witnessed by 2 people independent of the miracle workers functional service line. It should also be verified by the Vatican or a Level 2 appointed angel of digital and planetary solutions.

However, looking closely at the additional planet alignment criteria, as laid out in the FY18 Bonus plan, I believe I am right in saying that alignment to within 30 degrees could still be considered acceptable by DXC.technology.

The last alignment was in 561 BC and I believe from the DXC portal on digital and bionic forces in spacial and innovative contexts, that the next one is due in 2854. Although, I think there is a case to be made that the eight planets plus Pluto are somewhat aligned every 500 years, and are grouped within 30 degrees every one to three alignments.

HR have provided a paper on this, to support managers, during the appraisal process in explaining to their staff why they may not be receiving a pay rise or bonus this year.

DXC fiscal year end is 31st March.

The appraisal mechanism seems to be kicking off around now, so expect rating over the next few weeks.

There IS a bonus scheme but unless the planets align AND you are a superstar you won't be getting anything. Even if they do, and you are, the maximum bonus is 5%.

Salary increases have been decoupled from appraisals and are now ad-hoc. They are also VERY rare.
