When do we officially move over to hourly?

Nope, WRONG. You will be hourly now and that means you are paid for everything you do. What's the first thing you do in the morning? Log into your computer and then your phone. You're also paid for the time you spend entering your hours into online timekeeping. Again, you are paid for EVERYTHING you do. You guys need to understand this is not going to be the OMG end of the world scenario that some of these fools are posting all over this site. You've got a wonderfully functional brain, use it to think for yourself.
Yes, it will be easy. Just trying to figure out why my Coach said something so obviously wrong.
Every day when you log into your phone, you are creating a record of your start time. Once hourly you will use aux codes for breaks, lunch, wellness, meetings, trainings and when their are system issues causing us to lose work time. Filling in your time is super easy. Select regular time and 8 hours for each day worked. Couldn't be easier.
That’s why we log in, out, use aux codes, etc...
Thank you for answering. I didn’t think my Coach knew what she was talking about.
The phone
Does anyone know if logging into your phone starts the time clock ticking, or is it the computer. My Coach has said the computer, but a previous Coach said the phone. Can’t get a straight answer.
No- coaches are completely inconsistent thus making it impossible to please them- thus making it easier for them to slam us and move to RIF. These are some slick chickens running this company.
Our coach told us we had to fill in the hourly in the mtg today for those affected. But she didn’t know when we would start doing that since bugs needed to be worked out. Coaches are never on the same page, sigh.....
My coach was advised for us (ones affected) that we don’t have to fill in time sheets. They said the advice to fill in time sheet through April 9th was found to be incorrect. Just glad I don’t have to mess with that.
depends on your pay schedule...i was hoping gone before that mess
