I am not in this lay off. What I have heard from those HCM RN 's that were given notice is how difficult it is to tell their members that they are getting a new care manager and not being able to tell them the real reason. I do have empathy for all of you.

Some people turn up for work and given boxes to clean out their desks and let go on the spot. Be a little less selfish.
How dare they expect you to work for the money they are paying you? It's appalling isn't it. They are purposely torturing you because they are evil sadistic people who sit in their offices laughing maniacally while you get paid to work. No other job in the world would announce a layoff and have their employees work during the notice period. All companies announce layoffs and let their employees go with 2 months of pay on top of PTO and severance. Oh and unicorns and elves are real too.
Call it what you must. The people in November did not get it but they worked 2 weeks.. enjoy your job until March 9.. 😊

Why are they making us stay so long? Every other group has gotten release sooner than this! This is beyond painful at this point
