@RPD0QUv-1lly Have you read many of the posts on here? It certainly does paint a negative picture of HAH, specifically the associates. There's expressing your feelings, disappointment and even anger about losing your job in a way that preserves ones self respect and dignity. Some folks have communicated those thoughts and feelings in that way here and I do feel badly for them. Others come on here posting vile and disgusting comments and attack other roles or even their own team members and Coaches. Those kinds of comments along with the over abundance of entitled, whining "give me MY severance" , "I want MY early release now" posts do make HAH associates look bad on the whole. No one can blame a RIF'd associate for feeling hurt, unmotivated and wanting for this to be over for them. It's just that as much as we all may not want to admit it, this site for the most part has turned into a shameful spectacle that makes ALL of us look bad. And yes, there are associates from other areas of Humana reading these posts. In fact, CSS associates just started their own string.
