Any coaches or coms want to weigh in on an update for early release?

I have not heard a word about early release. But in the past those released early were kind of told in the last day they did not have to return There was no pre warning so to speak
I am sure the MET team was not given a list of RIFd employees. That info is confidential so it cannot be released. They have to continue business as usual.
What will the MET team do when the impacted group is gone? Oh I know. They will audit the rest of us twice a month then justify it by saying Humana is doing us a favor by helping us work to our full potential. How lucky we are :(
I got one last week. Never even bothered to look at it. What would be the point?
The height of insanity....performing call audits on rif'd associates. What a waste of time! I bet no one let the audit team know who was laid off.
I got an audit and every point that was deducted were changes that are still being discussed according to my coach. I was told to do things a certain way and now no one knows the correct way it should be done. More evidence that Humana management/MET have no idea what they are doing. I won't miss their confused direction while making us look bad.
I had 2 MET team audits the week we were notified.
I thought they were doing audits yet until the new measurement tool was in place
They of course did an audit on me...how stupid to audit us when we are going to be gone soon....of course horrid score. They did it the day after we found out...seriously member experience team...you are idiots with no heart
PLEASE!!! Omg I am sooooo ready to be released. It is torture trying to make calls knowing I I have been canned. If they do audit a call, it won’t be good I am sure!
Please
