Well one argument a statement of work can't keep being changed , one can't design a system if the criteria and parameters keep changing. Once a client signs off on the design then that design with VERY minor changes is the design you get.

It does go both ways you know.

But on the other hand from the DXC web site "DXC Technology is the world’s leading independent, comprehensive IT services company, helping clients harness the power of innovation to thrive on change"

So our own statement "Clients harness the power of innovation to thrive on change" is killing us!

There are numerous other DXC clients taking legal action for missed SLAs, broken promises and implementation failures. Mike Lawrie's inept leadership is directly to blame. This is what happens when you cut resources to the bone in an effort to drive the share price up for personal gain. Service quality tanks and customers suffer as vital staff leave in their thousands. Lawrie cannot grow a business and everyone knows it. J P Morgan, Bank of America "wake up and smell the coffee,"
