Just heard that from my colleague in emea that rifs are starting in Corp it today. Emea was informed today. The meeting held by DE part of TGs group was a shambles. For the first 7 mins DE had tech issues with Skype but didn’t realise it. So the people were just reading the bad news off the screen without him explaining . So bad management and organsation.

So far all the people I know that were told were no higher than team leaders. About 25 in Europe. Looks like USA will no longer be primary source of RIF headcount
There are way too many directors and vps in TGs SAP group. Let’s hope someone looks at that structure soon! So much money to save
Theos EMEA SAP is being hit with at least 30 cuts. USA will probably be next week during reviews
As Krishna said multiple time during town hall today. - we will streamline. No stranded costs. And since spinoffs are to be done June and September the RIFs are no later than then

Just looked at IT org chart. Saw how many VPs are in it and threw up in my mouth. This is an org that was completely outsourced! Sickening how much overpaid management still exists. Man Dari#$, want to save some bucks? Get rid of all that non value added overhead!

Sadly EIT s---s from the top down. The ones at the top are absolutely clueless and horrible. Def not leaders, actually they are a joke. MP, TG,LB, and the other TG - the 4 horsemen of stupidity.
You want to save money, start getting rid of incompetence and non-delivery at that level. The sign of a bad leader is when they cut people first and not as a last resort.
Are they letting you stay until March 9 for MIP bonus?

Yeah I was on the call for Emea. It is true. A number are targeted. The call held by the director and tg’s was badly managed . We were delivered the bad news by ppt.
