one poster stated it was announced during the layoff meeting that LTIH was ending in April. I personally didn't hear that and neither did my teammates in the meeting. Where is this coming from? I hate to see calls info being spread to LTIH peeps. They don't deserve that. Who else was in the meeting and heard that?

I have a ? For LTIH... HCM RN here. We did get an email about drops to LTIH2 as well btw. Exactly what degrees do you hold? Just wondering bc I remember asking this before but never received a clear answer. Thank you.
Just be prepared for anything.. rumors or not.. so far it has been every 60 days for layoffs since this time last year.. ride it out!!!
I think it was a case of not fully hearing what was said. Probably stress and emotions led to mishearing
I was impacted this round and what I heard the lady say at the top of call was simply touching on business changing points. She stated everyone would be moving to hourly in March. LTIH(4) being discontinued as of April and them moving with LTIH(2) in which this was sent out via email to that department a few weeks back. Lastly, she stated Live healthy is being dissolved. Not at any point during the call did anyone say LTIH was being closed in April. People need to stop saying things that are not true. I understand some people emotions were probably running a little high during the call but NO ONE SAID LTIH IS CLOSING IN APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, the person who originally stated layoffs posted on Thursday and said she was in the layoff meeting. Another chimed in to say they heard the same thing in the big layoff Thursday morning. Some people are evil to the core
The layoff meeting for associates was on Thursday. The person posting that information had a meeting on Wednesday. So I wonder if they had a management role? Humana wouldn't share this information during a layoff meeting with HCM or PHC obviously. Of course this information would be irrelevant to those learning they are getting laid off, and very insensitive. Sorry I am probably looking to deeply in to this. All the layoffs have made me feel paranoid. Sorry to all who have lost your jobs.
I was in the meeting and there was no mention of LTIH or future layoffs for that matter. The meeting was to prepare those impacted this round and let them know what to expect. I can’t speak to the future of LTIH, but it’s foolish to believe this was even a topic of discussion on the confident call. Alternative facts people.

Not true. The LTIH 4 visit monthly program is ending April 1 with all members moving into the LTIH 2 visit monthly program.
