Sorry to hear that Humana had another layoff. I was RIFED in November. It will get better but you all are in shock now. You will also go through all of the stages of grief. Tonight it is best to take some time with family and friends .The mean trolls will be on this site trying to insight you all... Just ignore them. Jot down your questions for HR.. Severance, PTO, Retirement.... They wont entertain any questions on how you were selected so dont bother to ask. You will receive your packet explaining your benefits in a couple of days after your formal notice..It will be very detailed to include the number of weeks that you qualify. If you have questions post them here.. Many of us former Humana associates come to this site from time to time. Good luck to all!

I feel the same way, really happy. Whatever changes are coming will not be good and I’ll be happy to not be around.
I was hoping I’d be let go. I was actually looking forward to it. Mostly, due to the fear of what lies ahead for us who are left. I guess resigning is all that is left now
