What's everyone's projection for early release? My coach is also gone. How long will they keep us? Surely when she's let go they won't keep me or the others on my team impacted to be reteamed just to be let go.

I expect PHCs to be released immediately because we have very low rosters and little work left to do. All remaining Live Healthy members will be automatically moved to monitored anyway. We are now obsolete (nod to Twilight Zone).
When released early you still get paid throughout the 60 days notice as if you are working. You wouldn’t be without a paycheck. Would actually give you more time to job search.
No you have to work the 60 days unless Humana releases you earlier

They give 30-60 day notice per policy. Last rid people worked 2 weeks and then informed last week is following week. They can take our member and flood them on other people they need to do it slowly. I'm hoping it will be a few weeks I can't be without a paycheck. That's crazy your coach told you she's cut.
Seeing that all PHC’s were asked to change theit voicemail passwords to the same thing by the end of last week I think at least PHC’s will be released very soon.

After the last RIF, those impacted were released the first week of Dec.
My guess is they may jeep us for 2 weeks
