There is a long list of things that are looked at. Then he looks at stuff. It is a long process. People are looking for a singular reason are driving yourselves nuts because there is no one smoking gun
Vxb- that makes sense to me.
It’s more about compliance than quality or quantity. You can make 20 calls per day and get them all reviewed with a 100 on all call reviews but never do mDATs or HEDIS screenings.
I’m a PHC and after watching all of the rounds before me go that’s one of the main factors. It’s about the reimbursement that get for your services, audits are just to make sure you are courteous.
