I know it’s early but I am just wondering. Was this done in the past?

I got told my roster was already transferred to coverage team.
Seeing people talk about not being productive bc of all of this is mind boggling to me. You were hired to do a job - do it! Through four rounds of lay offs and now the 5th, I’ve always met metrics, even the last few weeks KNOWING I’d be laid off. Using this as an excuse to not be productive makes zero sense. If you’re that unhappy then leave.
Yes that is what they did last time. I accepted early retirement and was released nov 22. I was paid till jan 12 and severance started after jan 12. Those who got laid off that time in nov were released nov 22 and got paid till jan 2. Their severance started after jan 2. Good luck
I sincerly hope we are released very early. I'm mentally checked out now. There's not much productivity they will get out of me at this point.
Why don't you?
Will someone be brave enough to ask about early release at the meeting tomorrow?
I'm an HCM RN and hope I'm released early. That would be ideal
Yes they let you go early.
