Yes in Dec someone was fired for being on TQR. Coach JCD fired her right before the holidays. It all depends on your coach. JCD is a b**ch and she doesn't know the job and is quick to abuse her team so she don't have to take responsibility and learn the job.

Yes you have to be at only 10% error out of around 28-30 days worth of charts.

You have to mess up a certain percent before you’re coached. Otherwise it’s just a discussion on the error.

TQR is a chart review team/process where if we mess up on the chart; anywhere from something small, like foretting/messing up a drop down to something big, like bad quality charting. Each time, no matter what, we are getting write ups an our jobs are at high risk. In a regular hospital setting; charts that need fixed are able to be fixed without worry of losing your job. Beginning to rethink my time here.

How frequent are formal coachings and PIPs for TQRs that need corrected? Has anyone been fired over TQR? Does everyone get treated the same over TQR regarding coachings and PIPs?
