Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

This has to be premeditated

Nobody can convince me that this is not all part of the plan to get as many people as they can to quit on their own. I honestly can't figure out any other reason for dragging this on and on.

It would certainly be a nice cost saving for Humana if people decided to leave in droves because they can't take anymore of this torture.

Which makes the whole situation even worse.

Exactly what i told coworker earlier. They are piling it on to make you crack so you give notice and then are not getting your severance and you may have been on the list to RIF. I have person on team who took another job, come on.Ask the job to hold off as you need to do proper things at last employer, most like that consideration so you will do that with them too if time comes. Could of had severance and new pay at same time
