Previous poster (coach), do coaches know which leaders will be impacted yet? It seems they were given several days heads up in the last rounds.

Coach here. I know nothing yet. Also with the last rounds, people I scored high were let go. Some I scored low stayed. Very confusing.
Coaches know the criteria leadership asked for on their associates. They do know what the criteria are to be laid off but aren't talking. I don't get why they released the hourly rate memo right before the lay off. Back asswards, as usual.
We don’t know when emails are going out, or who will get them. We are waiting just like you.
