Will layoffs happen Tuesday or Wednesday? I want off this freaking train. I’m exhausted this past year has been a hard.

PHC here. Honestly, it is such a relief just knowing now. It has been such a horrible year full of anxiety & pushing us all to the point of nearly breaking. All of us doing more & more out of fear of job loss & care for our members than any sort of actual motivation from HAH. It’s a shame, but I’m happy the end of the road is here.
Well said. I feel the same way. I do the best job that I can and will miss my members, but I no longer have respect for the company.
Honestly, I’ve gotten to the point that I no longer care. I have to work, but it doesn’t have to be for Humana. I had a job when I found this one. I, like all the talented, previously laid off associates before me will take my talent, skill set, knowledge and loyalty elsewhere. We’re going to be okay. Good luck to us all!
