What does this mean for the members who are placed out of state and no one wants to deal with? NM failed big time....

Look at the job market...its going to be saturated with case managers applying to the same company....

Yes, it's reliable. The company even confirmed NM market exit in 2019 to the local Business Journal today:

I feel bad for the employees but as a business matter it might be a blessing. You can’t squeeze blood out of a turnip and NM is a terrible payer.
