If you watched the townhall this morning they did mention that they were raising the 401k match percentage up to 7% from 6%. Definitely driven by the tax income. Being a young guy I'll take it while I can.

This isn't Boeing or Comcast, or AT&T. This is honeyhole. Honeyhole doesn't want employees, it doesn't want to pay the employees they do have, either. If you want to be respected, or valued,or even appreciated at all whatsoever, then you don't want to work at honeyhole.
No, it isn't a cash bonus. They are using their tax reduction to reduce the employee costs of the health plan.
