If there are any local Malaysian staff worth keeping, they may be offered jobs at MS when the DXC operations are handed over. Transaction is scheduled to close before the end of the fiscal.
DXC Malaysia will go in February 2018. Data centres to be acquired by local arm of Microsoft.

DXC Malaysia is getting several new projects in January. Lot of recruitments being held. List is being prepared for all the technologies they need to start recruting
Not getting closed. Instead they need lot more people as lot of new projects have come
