Most of its business is lost to Microsoft and no need for Malaysia centers to exist any more.

Well, Shell account is closing, so beside giving WFRs to some, not sure what will happen to the rest of few hundreds of the staff once the Shell contract expired on June this year.

More than 50% of DXC Malaysia, Cyberjaya employee is from India. Lowly skilled, inexperienced and most are doing administrative work by pretending to become team leader, assistant manager etc instead of real technical work. Really, please just send them home.
DXC leadership has instructed its management to post positive comments on various sites like this one to try to reduce the impact of the truth leaking. Mikey is worried about his share options. However, it's pretty obvious which comments are written by the stooges, plus there are tens of thousands of unhappy workers and only a handful of folks willing to dance to the little man's tune!

Most posts here are alarmist and just create panic. It would be stupid and senseless for DXC to close the center after all the plans they announced during last year’s townhall. There’s growth here and AT&T’s onboarding to support DXC is already approved and underway.
I'm not sure whether it is true or not but yes, the network team being transferred to AT&T.
I'm also one of the staff being transferred last December and it is still business as usual -even breakfast as usual unless someone being left behind :)

All DXC network team being transferred to AT&T and looks like they get better package. Now, they are contractor to DXC.
I have said this many times. That stupid malaysia centre will be down but some people will not listen.
Be sure the staff get the deserved pay and rewarded. If you pay a peanut, you will get a monkey. And don't waste everyone time, Just close the Malaysia center and let our life move on.
Here I was thinking about all the BS touted by management in the past saying that Malaysia is a low cost country. ML's bonus will be growing even faster once Malaysia gets the flick.
