Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Maybe the January 17th PHC meeting is the roll out of a new program for the PHC to be trained more in mental health....basic interventions, names of meds, etc, and this isn’t a bad thing for PHCs, but to make them more knowledgeable to be able to support the members....maybe hah will just be PHCs and hcmss and the CMS will be moved in home to do their expertise there

This isn’t surprising at all. I just still can’t believe they can’t do something as simple as getting all coaches on the same page. Is it that hard? Even with delay or stopping of care plans information is wildly different. It’s exhausting.

OP, I guess your coach knew something the other PHC coaches did not. We were just told today that care plans are on hold until the end of first quarter 2018. We will get mental health training instead of starting care plans in January.

I am proud to say I am non licensed PHC who never gets any recognition during all those pointless Town Halls

Ask your coach

Just received cbts today and were not given a date of when the trainings needed to be completed

My take is that all PHCs were supposed to complete the CBTs last week and three practice scenarios with coworkers by the end of this week. You should ask your coach because something sounds wrong here if you haven't been told the same as the rest of us.

I would say if your team has done 0 training or cbts for care planning as a PHC that is really weird. I would ask my leader on that one since it’s not secret info this starts first week of January.

No starting of cbs yet

Being on different pages seems to be a prerequisite of HAH.

Our team has. We have yet to receive an invite to the all phc meeting though, so maybe we are just all on different pages right now, who knows.

Have they had you do the cbts yet?
