Don't worry, after 2018 the week between Christmas and New Years will be gone and bye bye 5 holidays. You can make it up with your unlimited vacation ha ha.

Holidays are very site specific. For non-union USA employees all get the same number of holidays but they are not on the same days at all sites

Search Inside.Honeywell.com for some of the schedules and you will see in USA it is the same number of days

And if you are salaried employee who cares with unlimited vacation? Just plan your days off well in advance with your boss by as many months ahead as possible

It does depend on site as well. Organized sites have negotiated holiday schedules, and at least in Minneapolis it applies to the entire site. So Minneapolis engineering has a different holiday schedule than the rest of US engineering

Look at the Holiday Schedule that’s been posted all year. They used most all of the Floating Holidays to give the last week off.

It depends on your job, not your site. Hourly/salary, and what band.
