Pretty sure its the typical rah rah "we made billions but don't give anything to the employees who made that happen" meeting

Is this just a regular feedback meeting on how the company has performed in 2017? There seems to be lots of "10%" cut mentioned on this site, but surely that has already been met through natural wastage?
