I feel for you people i would do class action lawsuit they give you no notice and mangement is hiding behind there pr mouth piece let me help all of you out look under the WARREN ACT you have not been properly notied of layoffs 2 months min read the law very clear the paperwork u sign for servance is better used as toilet paper u can still get unemployment you get servance cause they dont want to be sued P.S there under a 6 billion lawsuit now with goverment think people u get layed off sue your prez is in oldham county getting millions why you and humana loose also they secretly sold ins co in texas for 400 million $$ loss get a back bone sue them for the bs there slinging making peopl fear for there job its called harassment and discrimination and hostile work environment that is all!!!!!!-

All of your information is incorrect OP. Humana has done everything properly! Associates get a full 60 days notice, 2 weeks per year of service and continued insurance during severance. Most times they even release impacted associates before the 60 days and continue to pay full salary and benefits till the end of 60 days. Humana is the one suing the government, the government's not suing them. Please don't comment if you don't have the facts!

They are giving 2 months notice, along with severance pay at a minimum of 4 weeks. You are misinformed.
