I see people posting here that HAH is not offered in 2018 plans. Is this correct? I see on the grid where the health / wellness coaching is “not available” for 2018 plans, for member after member that I check, but is that definitely HAH? It’s not some other coaching benefit that is part of some other program? Does anyone know for sure?
If it is HAH, then why are they keeping any of us into January/February? What are we supposed to tell members if they read their benefits and ask?
Posters below, you are right in that a lot of coaches do not understand the benefit grid themselves. The reason that a lot of us do is because we look up to see if our members have benefits for Go 365 and Member Assistance Program (MAP) along with the Well Dine meals and the OTC program. As stated though, best to refer members to CS. We are not supposed to be quoting benefits.
I don’t think your response is rude at all, below poster, however our coach did not know the answer when it was asked at our team meeting.
Refer them to CS for their benefits to be explained, but hah and our roles are not in the benefit grid, so there is nothing to explain related to that. Not to sound rude, but you may want to ask your coach to explain to you the difference between your role/job and the benefit grids and what the distinctions are...I'm sure they can explain it easier than a post here can and clear up any confusion or answer any questions you may have
Mqn....because plans are based on regions and what you pay for, not everyone has the same plan
HAH was never on the benefit grid, as posted before. Wellness coaching is not HAH. HAH is here in 2018. Number of member enrollments remains to be seen.

These Humana layoffs for 2017 primarily affect the Humana At Home division. While the company has performed well on the stock market, upwards of 700 workers have been shed as a result of the company’s weakening sales and the failed Humana/Aetna merger, which is on temporary hold by a federal court over concerns that the merger would be anti-competitive.
