FYI, Coaches were given no warning (HCM-RN) about layoff happening tomorrow morning. No assessments completed on associates. List given late today as only notice. If you were hired in July, August, or September you most likely received the confidential invite for tomorrow morning. I’m sorry for all losing their positions.

HCM-SS's have been invited to this meeting too and many of us have been here for 6 plus years...we shall see...I'm devastated... no loyalty from Humana...
I believe you OP that coaches were unaware. Our coach was saying HAH was safe, this is company wide, then was let go.
I hope our coach was not layed off. I know we are all under pressure and if the team was not producing as a whole, it would make sense to start with those coaches first. Any HCM RNs out there with years of experience get that confidential e-mail?
Yes, Coaches and Coms too. Coaches were told yesterday if they are impacted.
Thank you for your posting....are coaches being let go, too? What is the estimated number of layoffs for HAH? I guess my question is what are they whittling us down to, and is that the 2.0 model? We were told in town hall meetings about how LTIH was going to be a strong player in the new model, and I guess they're going to contract folk. CMs have been graduating people, but PHC are being let go, we need our CHEs and hcmss....I'm struggling to make sense of it all.
They don’t care about their PHCs. When I started they told us they hoped it was our last job. I did an excellent job and will lose my job today.

That's not accurate for everyone. I was hired in December and I will be at meeting tomorrow. I was supposed to get a raise in Aug and that didn't happen.
Thank you for coming on here and posting. I think what most of us are upset about is that Humana’s core value is compassion but yet we are not being treated with compassion. Upper management has continuously given false information to keep staff from leaving. I feel awful for the new hires.
Any discussion on further layoffs in meetings?
@Q35TNwn-ctp At my estimation they have told us the future plans four times this year and each time they lied. They can keep their platitudes and false gestures.
Maybe all the coaches should be checking here because this layoff was predicted as was the approximate date. So sorry this came as such a surprise! I am curious how they explained the layoffs you. Did they explain future plans?
