There are going to be RN roles in both UM and CM in the HSO regions. Many will be wah. The markets are growing and hiring. Look for postings.
Impacted previously - in order to get your severance you must stay and work until the date you were given. All rules still apply and if you get fired or quit you forfeit the severance
A coach just posted that HCM RN hired during the summer of this year will more than likely be invited to one of the confidential meetings tomorrow morning. It doesn't look good for anyone.
HCM RN here. I have not heard of anyone on my team or my friends on other teams getting emails. I know there are many of us HCM RN's, but can you say what region you are with? Only if you feel comfortable. Of course I do not want an email, but will not be surprised. So so so crappy to do this before the holidays

I haven’t received an email yet. I have to say, had I known this was where the program was headed, I would have stayed where I was at to begin with and never taken a position as an HCM-RN. Each day it seems like my team is told something different. One minute we are taking our time to properly manage members, then the next day we’re told we are not moving people to monitored fast enough. Humana is an absolute mess.
What departments for HCM RNs are the ones being layed off In? Was it just LTIH or telephonic ?
