I'm hearing network CCLS have been sent the invite.Meeting at 230 today.

30 CCL is a lot...How many FCMs are expected to be in RIF tomorrow? How many CCLs will be left?
3 HSM (supervise CCLs) let go and about 30 CCLs ( including both Network and Associate)

They always meet with leadership first. Then both leaders and associates in the layoff meeting
No invite here yet. But email after email from coach to move mbrs to monitored due to no contact in awhile and then other emails about little things. Just hurry and get it over already. Have possibility of several jobs already lined up just wasn't ready for long commute in the winter.
Leadership is the last to go! The could easily combine teams. Give each team a team lead to assist with the little things and there you go!

Telephonic will probably be tomorrow with the invite sent out tonight. Educated guess
Is it possible they are notifying leadership today and regular staff tomorrow? Or maybe notifying telephonic tomorrow?
Or maybe someone has figured out that the network is full of rampant fraud.
Not sure how this gets stranger by the minute! We were told a couple weeks ago on here that the plan was to cut LTIH by 50%.
This is purely speculation on my part , but maybe its just the leadership? Maybe Humana has decided it's leadership roles are too top heavy, and plan to combine teams. I mean, to be comwpltly fair, the ratio of leaders to associates is smaller than anywhere else in the industry. That's one of the biggest reasons Humana is always criticized as an employee for being guilty of micromanagement

If the focus is moving to in home care why would they cut FCMs first?? Is HAH folding?
Yes both Network and associate. Ccl is comparable to manager or coach. For Ltih. They manage the in home care managers.
What exactly is CCL?
Is that a position with HAH?
do they have any other titles? Are they managers, coaches, FLL?
I don't think at this point the meeting includes associate CCLs. I believe the associates will be tomorrow but more then likely it'll be more FCMs/IHCMs.

Network CCL- Managers who manage network agencies for HAH LTIH program. CCL is clinical care leader.
Which department is network ccls? Is that one of the network LTIH?
