To try to cut through the multiple threads, it seems the PHCs and an HcMSs have received emails that they are getting a delivery from humana via next day air, if sent tomorrow, they will come November 1, the supposed day off layoffs, if it's severance info. Or, they get them tomorrow, andvit may mean layoffs tomorrow..can we get a "head count" of what roles have gotten them and when they're supposed to be delivered?

I don't want to be the one to bring bad news but feel the need to alert people. When I was laid off during one of the previous rounds I received an email about a label being created for a package to be delivered within the next few days then it was suddenly canceled the next day. The following week I got the dreaded email for the meeting and after that I was alerted by UPS that the package was now being sent. I am so sorry for those of you that had to receive the UPS email first and now have to work and try to be productive for the next few days to week waiting for the meeting invite. I won't sugarcoat things like others have. It s---s. It s---s that you put so much of yourself into a job and then this happens; it hurts a lot. I also will say that it is also a relief. Things will get better.
If you received this alert, are you on the medical plan? Notification that dependent proof is required this year is being mailed to homes.
I certainly am not here to be a Debbie Downer and do not want these UPS notices to be anything ominous, but I have had a My UPS account the entire time I've been with Humana and only ever received notifications when my monitor and things were being mailed. Service awards and benefit info was always regular mail. Granted, I am one of many so this may not mean much, but I just feel as though this is means something big with the rumored layoffs and speculated 11/1 D Day. I hope I am wrong.
Yes I hope you are right. It isn't time for a service reward and I don't have humana benefits. Not much left for the skepticism poster.

Poster, if the layoffs are tomorrow. And these are next day delivery. Then those who got the email about the delivery would be getting it after the meetings...I hope it is circumstantial, but another poster in another thread said this is the way it's done, maybe this layoff is different, my benefit info didn't come next day mail, nor did my service award
This is not related to any layoff. This same question was asked during a previous layoff and the delivery of these things is circumstantial. Nobody gets anything until after the meeting, that's the way Humana do it. These packages are usually Benefit information or service awards. I really hope that someone posting about these packages gets theirs, they will come back here and tell people this is just a false alarm and more scaremongering.
