Every day now, our coach is threatening the entire team with coaching, action plans, PIP - this is out of nowhere and it is a new metric every email, and the entire team is being threatened. This is unusual. Are they looking for ways to get rid of us first? Or is my coach just freaking out from the stress? Are other teams receiving threats?

This is an old post from last layoff round that someone copied and reposted for some reason.
My coach did that during my mid year review. That same day of my review, she tells me she's going to also do a formal coaching (out of nowhere)...she made issues out of nothing.....fast forward a month or so later, I was on the layoff list.

My team hasn’t gone through this and I was put on a PIP which was supposed to be good until March and was fired not a week and a half later got a call at 1 pm on the 20th and was told to log off immediately and that was that. We had lost several managers and UM Nurses on our team within the last several months..I would have been starting my 4th year in Dec. I was beyond pissed about the way I was treated the last several months!! I went from a star employee to all of a sudden not being able to do anything right...even got accused of try to commit fraud until the FLL figured out she didn’t understand the process for the reviews I was doing.
