Anyone else get UPS notifications? I just got an alert on my phone saying I have a package coming tomorrow from Humana Waterfront. And no, I have not won any awards and know of nothing that should be coming. I personally know of someone who got the same alert prior to the last round of layoffs. I’m assuming this is my layoff paperwork. I’m a PHC.

Nope! They were all cancelled when layoffs were moved to next week. Just my guess

I don't want to be the one to bring bad news but feel the need to alert people. When I was laid off during one of the previous rounds I received an email about a label being created for a package to be delivered within the next few days then it was suddenly canceled the next day. The following week I got the dreaded email for the meeting and after that I was alerted by UPS that the package was now being sent. I am so sorry for those of you that had to receive the UPS email first and now have to work and try to be productive for the next few days to week waiting for the meeting invite. I won't sugarcoat things like others have. It s---s. It s---s that you put so much of yourself into a job and then this happens; it hurts a lot. I also will say that it is also a relief. Things will get better.

Yes. But I already received that already. What has me he most curious is that it's "next day air delivery." What is so important that H would send something that method? That's can't be cheap either. Hopefully we're all just being really over sensitive, but unfortunately my gut tells me we're not. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

This happened to me just before the last round and it ended being a random unexpected certificate. I cant remember if it was social worker appreciation week or a people first completion certificate, but it was nothing. Humana would not be so careless to send out layoff packages early. Im certain this is nothing!!
Mine is scheduled to be delivered between 2p-6p too, below poster.
Mine is scheduled for delivery between 2 and 6pm on tomorrow from ups. It is from Humana Waterford. It is legit. I copied the tracking number in another browser and the same information came up. Anyone else besides Phc and ss?

PHC here, I have Informed Delivery via USPS....so far no notifications regarding Humana. But that may not mean anything.
I was told by someone that was laid off earlier this year the email will come in the morning of the day of the meeting. It will say don't forward.
I checked work email before I left and did not get one

OP, I am so sorry, but what you said makes sense. Did anyone else on your team get it? Hcmss who posted, did anyone else on your team get it? Any CMs?
I’m the OP. My UPS status is showing as “Order Processed: Ready for UPS” and has been that way all day. It shows it is supposed to ship as Next Day Air. Since it is not showing as having been picked up yet by UPS (and it is now about six and a half hours after I got the notification), I doubt it could get to my home by tomorrow. I’m wondering if they are holding on to the paperwork for a day or two until layoffs are announced, then mailing them out to be received the next day? I’m wondering if the layoffs will actually be tomorrow and we will receive paperwork on Wednesday. By that is TOTAL speculation on my part.
Anyone can create a personal account at ups.com, and get notified when someone has shipped a package to your home address. I have a ups.com account to get notified through personal email when any online purchases, or other deliveries, are on their way. Go to UPS home page, click on “manage home deliveries” and create an account with your personal info, home address, etc.
If Humana (or anyone else) has sent a package to you, you will get notified of where it’s coming from, who is sending it, and when it is expected to arrive.
Best of luck to everyone. The next day air packages from Humana aren’t likely good news. When laid off from a past employer, I received the severance paperwork by next day air the same day we were notified by phone meeting.
PHC and hcmss got notified of a ups delivery? Could it coincide with when the layoff meeting is so they get the paperwork that day? Did anyone get the package? When is it to be delivered?
Mine is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow via next day air which makes me even more concerned.
Op , please post when you receive it. If layoffs aren't until Wednesday, why would they send it so early? You said it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
Do you think they would chance you getting it before you are notified? Doesn't make much sense. Odd that so many have gotten them.

I am signed up for the notifications and they aren't a "scam." Anything shipped via UPS generates an email to my personal email letting me know that I have a shipment coming, from who, and when it will be delivered. I am hopeful that these notifications are all a coincidence, but it is worrisome with so many people getting them. Best of luck to everyone.

To check if it’s a scam, go on to UPS My Choice and see if there are any packages.
It wouldn't come to your Humana email unless you set up your personal UPS notifications to go to your work email. Most service for their personal email.
I got the email too, but delivered to my personal email, not Humana email. I think it is a scam

Actually I was laid off prior and this is exactly what it was the paper work for severance. I had the update that I had a package set to be delivered from Humana.

I got an email from UPS sayin UPS tracking but when I open itit seems to informative ion how to track a package but I can not get a tracking number or any additional info, any suggestions on what else to look for?
