State Farm lacks organization and good leadership. Management will get everyone into meetings and say a bunch of crap that never meant anything, just the usual corporate speak. Managers, architects, and directors are selectively engaged with their teams, providing very little meaningful direction. A lot of great people end up leaving the company and the ones that stay are just doing their time, not providing any real value other than another body in a seat. Leadership is completely incompetent. Hopefully they don't flood the local job markets, bringing their incompetence anywhere else and affecting people's lives.
