They don't have food, clean water, power, gasoline, or communications. All the stop lights are gone!!!!! Hospitals are not running. Bridges are out.
It's a huge disaster and Honeywell wants to put a strain on this humanitarian crisis by putting 1000 people on the roads to get in the way of relief efforts and burn gas.
If Honeywell was helping the people of PR by making, selling, or providing a service they need right now that would be ok but Honeywell provides nothing to the community right now.
