She lost a long term employee with loads of experience earlier in the year to the WFH stupidity and others want to leave just to escape her ways.

Maybe the wicked witch quit or finally someone noticed she was deficient in her abilities to be objective and be a leader.
Not sure why a Masters is preferred and that group was never asked to obtain a PMP so it ciukd be an addition to the small <15 that currently exist.
