This place is sad. We are going through the motions and no one gives a Fk. Mangers want their EEI and Yield, who cares about delivering to our customers. Engineers are all looking elsewhere and doing everything half @ss because they know it does not matter. Proposal work is all a joke. We know we don't have even half of the talent to get any of those new programs going, assuming we even come close to winning. There is not event enough experienced engineers to do proposals that pass the test. I overheard a manager tell one of the engineers to just quote something as best as he could without even knowing what he was quitting. Looks like we they proactively making stuff up just to get proposal numbers up. This business does not have a future. If you are in space, get out now while you can. The captain is about to abandon the ship.

Substitute the plant to Torrance and this description fits perfectly too. The talent and knowledge pool has almost been totally drained. Repeated and continual production issues especially with out of the country plants and contractors. NOBODY gives a F anymore. Caring doesn’t even help anymore because it impedes progress.
Hahaha is this Clearwater space or AERO at sky harbor? There are not enough people to do all the work and the ones who are here couldn't care less. Like me.
I am one of those. I just don't care anymore. They want me to act like an hourly employee, well; they got one. I have no incentive to do anything other than maintain my paycheck until I can get a way out.
