I have been working for IBM in Costa Rica for a year. We make $3USD an hour - this is not enough even for the basics. I know that people in the U.S.A. do not like us as jobs are lost but I can tell you that we do not have it here nicely too - it's hard for us too. Hard to tell anything else but that is the situation here - not good.

This is called Globalization welcome to the new world, it will take maybe another 100 year and then the Indian, Chinese, Central or South American will earn the same as the one in the USA, at least the will try, but probably the USA will start before that another war to keep these countries poor.
They could all work for free and it still would not help IBM's stock price.
Gimme a break
I worked alongside with Ticos - hard working people that we pay peanuts - you do realize they can barely oay for food and shelter on this wage - i have seen some managers who barely make it there
Keep in mind that we went there and we pursued them - not the other way around (like my ancestors or h1b folks today)
and how would you like it if they gave your job to someone else just like you, for $1 US an hour? We have no sympathy
@vhe u r not a nice person
Cry me a river you poor ba$tard.
I can't imagine putting up with IBM for $3 an hour.
