DXC Europe

Anyone with proper experience left at DXC in Europe is there for one reason, and one reason only. A Redundancy payment. The company know this, so make life as sh-- as possible for everyone in the hope that the employees just leave. Great way to run a company! 5 star a--holery.

I left a month ago under my own steam and life feels so bloody good.
No more stress
No more additional work load as the result of someone else being made redundant
No more feeling sorry for the customer
No more dangling carrots of redundancy
No more retards telling me I should be excited at the challenge they have given us
No more "We cant afford to give you a raise", while the board lines their pockets with millions
The company is being run, and you are being managed by morons. Get out before it goes critical.

True, it was so unbearable at the former CSC, I honestly had to hold back from putting my inept manager thru a wall. I agree, they make it so horrible to work there that you hope that a VR package comes so you jump at it. I am much better now out of that lunatic asylum! Roll on the totoal demise of DXC...it WILL happen!

Hang on in there - it will come, and you won’t look back for more than five minutes, I speak from experience.

Not Gone yet , but I hear you loud and clear . DXC is making a professional life and career impossible to have , due to the fact they make the working enviroment and conditioned unbearable . They hope you are going to crack and leave , or get so pissed off that they will find a just cause to have you leave ( fired ) .... Thats known as "Constructive Dismissal". These unprofessional bog water muck merchants are pushing the remaining staff to the point of mental instability , and they simply do NOT care . Know your worth and recognize when you are getting played . Above all - refuse to be bullied .
