Florida pulse check? Take a deep breath and hold it bc they are not done yet. Someone commented on being an RN reporting to an LPN Director. Unfortunately you are correct. We both know who this is but the layoffs are not over. In the following wave, credentials WILL be looked at, as well as degrees. RN's, hold down the fort. You may be promoted to a director position later.

Today was out cut day. We lost some "expected" people. And we lost some not so "expected" people. Wish them the best of luck. And pray that those of us who remain can handle whatever changes are sure to come.
