Hey guys an email was just sent out with a survey for the nickel project.. kinda scared to do it lol has anyone done it?

Doral, Florida- I can't believe my job was given to a Spanish speaking coworker who needs help every time she is going to write a memo email.....oh, no degree either. Still in school. Maybe her director saw more than just work potential and performance.

A survey to see how we feel about Project Nickel? No kidding? Are they really so clueless or with so little regard to people and how it feels to lose family. What a stupid question? There are 2 directors left for Case Management in Long Beach. One of these 2 women conducted the lay offs with a smirk on her face and read from a script. The other one should be awarded an Oscar for her fake tears. We were told that these 2 would not have the say in who stayed and who goes. Not true, not even close. I would like to think that at least they have to live with the way in which the chose people. They don't have enough heart for it to have affected them. Flowing through them is corporate blood. Blood that get them more money. Neither of these 2 women, (BA &BM) have lost sleep. They would first have to care about what they did. They are more interested in climbing the ladder even if sometimes the ladder are the backs of others.
If you are on this site expressing your opinion then you should take the survey as well.
I did it. Most the questions were about your ability to change, and the general attitude. It does have an area at the end for your comments/suggestion It is a 3rd party conducting the survey. I was honest but respectful. There is no harm in that

I'd be very interested to hear what the survey asks! I'd definitely fill it out if I got one.
