I'm a contractor here. My manager doesn't give a crap about me, told me I was slow and didn't like the sound of my voice. Soon not to be a contractor - this place is a nightmare...

Amen!! They keep around brown nosing dead weight in GTO all the time. The best kiss @ss staff just keep getting a pass - if you keep your head down and do your job then you are a target.
The old past HP staff who screwed up stuff when they were HP were moved back to the bank as FTE's when they brought the stuff back in house - what a joke - they are a big part of the problem!! Yet they still are around - for God's sake if you really wanted to fix the problem why would you hire the staff of the vendor that you fired? Oh wait - the management thought it was a good plan... now you know - at some point you would think this would be fixed.... guess not - hope for a package and move on!!
Get rid of any technical skills you may have.
Dem- nailed it. Actually, this is my biggest grievance with BAC. Just said goodbye last week to someone here 14 years. Of course they didn't try to keep him - not even an exit interview! Funny thing was, he just wanted opportunities, not just a big fat raise. Keep losing good people like that and the other shoe will drop!
At least they definitely excel at something, @dem!
